Wayland Town Court receives a high volume of speeding and traffic matters from I-390 (the Genesee Expressway). Most criminal, speeding, and traffic matters are prosecuted by the Steuben County District Attorney. Brooks Baker is the current elected District Attorney and his term runs through 2015.
