Court Description:
Shandaken Town Court receives a fair amount of speeding and traffic matters from Route 28. Criminal matters are handled by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office. A special prosecutor handles tickets issued by the NY State Troopers. Holley Carnright is the current elected District Attorney and his term runs through 2015.
